Service Agreements

Electrical Facilities Inc. offers a 12 month Maintenance Agreement for your standby generator.  Service will be performed twice a year.

Spring Visit: Check battery conditions, battery charger, output voltage and frequency, oil change and test transfer switch for proper operation.

Fall Visit: Check battery conditions, battery charger, output voltage and frequency, perform load test, tune-up (spark plugs, air filter, adjust valves if necessary), oil change and test transfer switch for proper operation.
